May 11, 1965 - January 15, 2012 William Floyd Perkins, 46, of Denver Colorado, passed away on January 15, 2012. Bill was born to Robert E. Perkins and Patricia Makowski Schendera on May 11, 1965 in South Bend, Indiana. His family relocated to Denver, Colorado in 1980. He attended Notre Dame High School. Bill married the former Pamela Zwerkowski on June 30, 1990 and shared 22 years. Together they raised three children Adam Dowd, Frank Zwerkowski, and Jenifer Connor. Bill managed his own business, Remodeling and More, providing construction services to numerous clients in the Denver area. He was also an active member of Rebuild Together, and organization which assists low income families and the elderly with home repairs. Bill loved the outdoors. He and his two very close friends, Don Jolly and Dana Castle, spent many days together camping, ice fishing, and boating. Bill enjoyed camping with his family and Williams Fork was one of his all time favorite spots. He was an avid Avalanche hockey fan, and enjoyed attending NASCAR races with his brother. Bill was a great husband, brother, father, and friend. He will be truly missed. Bill is survived by his wife Pam, his three children Adam of Wyoming; Frank, Jenifer and her husband Brent; his brothers and sisters-in law Bob and Jennifer Perkins; Steve and Susan Perkins; and his grandchildren Devin, Samantha, and Laci, all of Denver. He is preceded in death by his father Robert Perkins, his mother Patricia Schendera, and an infant son, Chad. A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 27th at 4pm the King of Glory Lutheran Church, 10001 W. 58th Ave., Arvada, CO 80002. The service will be followed by a dinner celebrating Bill's life in the church parish hall.
