William "Billy" Mcgannon

William “Billy” McGannon, 48, of Denver, passed away on Tuesday, June 14th in Wheat Ridge. A memorial service will be located at St. Paul’s Community Church, 8001 W 23 rd Ave, Denver, Co, 80214 on Thursday, June 23 rd at 1:00 pm. A reception will take place afterwards at 5340 Marshall St, Arvada, Co 80002 VFW post. Billy McGannon was born April 3 rd , 1968 at St. Josephs Hospital in Denver. At just 2 weeks old, Bill and Connie McGannon, of Denver, adopted him. He graduated Mapleton High School in 1986, enrolled in Metro State University in fall of 1986 and graduated with a criminal justice degree in spring of 1991. Billy had married Krista Quintana in 1988, whom of which he had his four children with. He was later remarried to Theresa Saxon in 2007. Billy’s hobbies included fishing, camping and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was also a Bronco fan who would play fantasy football annually. Survived by his wife; Theresa McGannon, Children; Joseph Padilla, Miah Duran, and Nikolaus McGannon, Mother; Connie McGannon, Brother; Timmy McGannon and his 6 grandchildren. He is in preceded in death by his father; William “Bill” McGannon, daughter; Cherlynne McGannon, godson; Nick Ortega and his grandparents.
