Vickie Sue Springer

Vickie Sue Springer passed away on Oct 8 th , 2017 in Bromfield, Colorado after a brief, but courageous, fight with an aggressive form of Dementia. She was residing in Evergreen, Colorado with her husband of 44 years, Steven P. Springer, when her Dementia was first noticed at the young age of 63. Vickie was born on July 27 th , 1953 in Craig, Colorado. She was the oldest of three children born to Robert and Aldean Schanck; Randi her sister and Kyle her brother. She had a loving spirit for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and was involved in women’s ministries in whatever church her and her husband attended in Colorado, Washington, Nevada and California. She was an avoid Broncos fan, loved to read and traveled with her husband on numerous adventures, which included a 2000 millennium cruise thru the Panama Canal, cities in Europe and a memorable trip to Israel to see where her Savior was born. Vickie was loved and cherished by her husband, as well as her many friends; she will be missed, but those who loved her most know that she is with Jesus and is no longer suffering from the horrid disease that took her at such a young age.
