Mr. Cheadle is survived by his wife Janet, daughter Lisa (Larry) Cardenas, son James Cheadle, grandchildren Leah, Elizabeth, and Bradley. Memorial services will be held at Applewood Baptist Church, 11200 West 32nd Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado, 80033, on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at 1:00 P.M.
