July 14, 1933 - February 22, 2013 Tom E. Tani, 79, passed away on February 22, 2013. He was born in Ft. Lupton Colorado. Graduated Ft Lupton High School, served two years of service in Army, Former employee of the U.S Mint (1964) 31 years of service, winner of 1993 Secretary Treasury Award in Washington D. C.. Survived by wife, Sakae Tani (married November 18th 1961) Sons- Kip and Polly Windsor, CO Kevin and Pat Liberty Township, OH Kory and Angel Parker, CO Kurt and Krystal Northglenn, CO Grandchildren- Krista, Sarah, Josh, Hannah, Spencer and Dillon Also survived by 4 brothers (Jack, Ken, William and George) and 3 sisters (Virginia, Lily and Carol)Many nieces and nephews and friends. A Celebration of Life will be held in April. Interment at Ft. Lupton Cemetery. Arrangements made by Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home and Colorado Crematory.
