September 20, 1956 - January 10, 2014 Todd Leon Cole, born Sept 20, 1956 in Kearney, NE passed away peacefully in his home on Jan. 10, 2014 in Lakewood, CO. He was 57. Todd grew up in Shelton, NE. He moved to Colorado in his 20's where he worked as a heavy equipment operator along the Front Range and Foothills of Colorado. He loved taking walks and playing ball with his kids. He watched football in the winter and Nascar in the summer. Besides his children, he was most proud of his sobriety of 5 years, 8 months and 20 days. Todd married his wife, Jenifer, in 2008 after 7 years of dating. They have three sons, Bryce, Dalton and Garrett. In addition, Todd has 5 other children: Stacie with husband Monte, Matthew, Tyler, Kyle, and step-daughter Sheila with husband Jay. He has 5 grand-children. Todd is survived by 2 sisters, Cindy Warm and her husband Al from Doniphan, NE, Shellie Pointer and her husband Larry from Grand Island, NE. He has several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by both parents, Merlyn and Donna, and his brother Rick. Services for Todd will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2014 at 10:00 am at the Crossroads Church located at 9901 West 50th Ave., Wheat Ridge, CO 80033.
