Timothy James Watters

On Sunday, June 07, 2020, Timothy James Watters, beloved father and friend, passed away at the age of 67. Born in Lake City, Iowa, he was raised by James and Lois Watters. Tim had a rich history of professions including Security, Transportation, Mechanics, Stonework and just in generals a jack of all trades. He retired from Xcel Energy as a Transformer technician in 2018. Tim had a lifelong passion for working on motorcycles and tinkering in his garage. Many of his close friends and family will remember the time spent with him in his garage, sharing jokes and discussing current events. Tim was preceded in death by his father James, and his mother Lois. Tim is survived by a son, Adam Watters, and daughter Jennifer Watson. Tim had one grandson, Logan Watson, whom he loved dearly. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at the Swiss Cottage Events center at 1 o’clock pm, located at 9840 w 44th Ave in Wheat Ridge Colorado. It was Tim’s wish that no flowers be sent, but rather a donation to Denver Dumb Friends League be offered under his name.
