August 25, 1969 - April 24, 2013 Timothy "Tim" Elvin Thies of Westminster, Colorado passed away April 24, 2013. He was 43 years old. Tim was born on August 25, 1969, in Alliance, Nebraska to Donald and Cynthia Thies. He is survived by his loving wife, Dawn. Tim will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
