February 16, 1949 - December 30, 2011 Thomasita Della Bragg Tomi went to sleep for the last time at the Collier Hospice Center in Wheat Ridge, Colorado on December 30, 2011. Born in Trinidad, Colorado on February 16, 1949 to Dan and Olivia Chavez, she is survived by her mother, Olivia Chavez of Trinidad, husband, Gary Bragg of Denver, daughter, Rhonda Lawson of Denver, brother, Danny Chavez Jr. of Denver,and three granddaughters: Mandi Chavez of Trinidad, Kasey Gonzales of Denver, and Tori Lawson of Denver. She was a devout Jehovah Witness and is looking forward to waking up in the “New System”. A brief Memorial will be held at the Kingdom Hall, 12760 Quebec St., Thornton on Saturday, January 7 at 3 PM.
