August 14, 1936 - November 13, 2014 Shirley M. Endriss, 78, of Arvada, passed away encircled by loved ones in the early hours of November 13, 2014. She is survived by her loving husband (Virgil), her brother (Bill), her children (Rick, Vickie, Scott, and Diana), and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Shirley loved to play bingo, watch soap operas, garden, play card games, and build puzzles. The most important thing to Shirley was family, her house was home for all of us. Since she was the perfect combination of strength, compassion, laughter, and selflessness, she was without a doubt the matriarch of our family, "the best". She esteemed to make everyone feel important and loved. Living each day for her family she answered every phone call with a listening ear, filled every belly with her chocolate peanut butter pie, and just simply made you smile because you felt like the most loved human being in the world. Shirley taught us all many things but nothing as important as her lessons on family values and togetherness. Days spent with her were timeless and her teachings will remain in all of us forever. She was a true angel in human form and has gone to do work with God. She will be greatly missed. WE LOVE YOU SHIRLEY!
