Scott Glen Rogers passed away June 10, 2024, with his good friend Johnny and Pastor Olson at his side. He died peacefully.
He is survived by his mother and step father, Arlene Whited and Jack Whited; his brother Todd Rogers; two daughters, Karee Russell and Rochelle Roth; step-son, Cory Newton, and 5 grandchildren; also uncle and aunt Jim & Nancy Falk and their son Paul Falk as well as his step brother, Jeff Register.
He was preceded in death by his and Joylynn’s son, Scottie, who was stillborn; and his father Glen William Rogers.
He was baptized at Hope Lutheran Church on February 7, 1965, by Pastor Kirk.
Most of his adult life he worked as a brick mason. The last 10 years he was a maintenance technician at Greystone properties where he recently received an award ‘Maintenance Man of the Year’.
Several years he volunteered at his church, Hope Lutheran, as a Trustee.
He enjoyed watching the Broncos and the Avalanche and loved playing his guitars.
