Roy Damon Ferguson

Mr. Roy Damon Ferguson, 56, of Denver Colorado passed away on Oct. 30th 2016. Roy was born Feb 19th 1960 in McDowell Co WV to Macie Harmon and Lonnie Ferguson. A Machinist by trade, Roy was very intelligent. Of the Christian faith, Roy had recently been saved. Making his journey through life with a great sense of humor and a love of adventure he lived his life on his own terms. Roy had a great love for the mountains and found a place in Denver Colorado where he lived the last 10 years taking in the views of the “Rocky Mountain High” as he liked to call it. Surviving family include a son Stephen Damon Ferguson and his mother Wanda Ferguson of Thomasville NC, Brothers Lonnie Michael Ferguson of Bluefield and David Lawrence Ferguson of Princeton. Sisters Pearl Jeannie Lambert of High Point, NC Duffy Gail Hunt Gary, WV, and Iris Jane Ferguson of PA. Roy also has a grandson Logan Dale Ferguson of Thomasville NC. Services will be a private celebration of life with family at a later date.
