Rosie Dreher

July 27, 1928 - October 5, 2013 Rosie Dreher lived in Thornton, Colorado for almost 60 years of her life. She was born on a farm near Park Kansas on July 27, 1928. She has two daughters: Lucinda Nelson (Leo Bomareto) and Michelle Dreher (Richard Johnson). She has two grandchildren: Lisa Nelson (Nate Gullickson) and Carl Nelson (Farrah Nelson). She has two great-grandchildren: Parker who is 12 years old and Peyton who is 9 years old. Rosie loved her family very much and her greatest fulfillment came from helping each and every one of them in anyway she could. She loved gardening and had beautiful flower beds. She also loved traveling and took many vacations in the United States and abroad. She passed away very peacefully in her daughter's home on the evening of October 5, 2013. Mom, this is not “good bye” but “I will see you later”. We love you so very much. Dear Grandma, It is you favorite great-grandchild! The thing that I will miss most is the walks we did together. I will especially miss you chocolate chip cookies. My mom is going to buy me some Chips-Ahoy cookies , I will think of you when I am eating them. I will miss you.
