Ronald Paul Heselton

April 28, 1949 ~ March 22, 2015 Born 4-28-49 in Decatur Illinois.  Grew up in Des Moines, Iowa.  He lived in the mid west until he moved to Colorado.  Ron married Sharon July 8, 1995. Worked for Archdiocese Housing as maintenance tech at various properties.  He was awarded maintenance technician of the year on Sept. 20, 2012.  Ron's special gifts were woodworking and creating gardens.  He especially enjoyed the residents he served.  His pride and joy was keeping his car in tip-top shape, and loved to play golf. Known for his loving and gentle spirit and always had a smile on his face.  He was the kind of man who  would stop to look at a beautiful flower or rose bush to spend a few moments to appreciate the beauty.  Would loan a few dollars to a total stranger in need.  Appreciated lovely and awesome sun sets.  He found his strength  in prayer and meditation. Ron loved animals and had 2 dogs, a shiatsu named Muggins and a lhasa aspo named Mandy. He leaves a loving wife Sharon; a son Jacob and his wife Miranda; daughter Alison; granddaughter Madison; grandson Carter; sister Carol Heselton and brother Steve Heselton.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Samaritan House 2301 Lawrence Street, Denver, CO 80205.
