Resident Age: 49, Passed away December 2, 2012 Survived by his best friend and wife, Jackie Nordquist Parents: Father, Jerry Nordquist, Mother, Bonnie Elliston and stepdad Bruce Elliston. Brothers: Jerome Nordquist Jr. Sisters: Kathy Nordquist-Zemke and Tami Nordquist Daughter: Jennifer Nicole Miller Sons: Bear Bears/Butterbeans and Sinbad/aka Soda Pop Activities: Living Life Large, Bronco's #1 Fan, NASCAR (Earnhardt Jr!) Was even persuaded to cheer on his wife's Seattle Seahawks once by adorning a Seahawks Jersey while they were playing the Bears, at Wrigley's Bar and grill. Elitch Garden's extraordinaire even if he did refuse to ride the Tower Of Doom. Entertaining friends and family with his awesome grilling skills and humor. Rick's favorite hangout was Wrigley's Bar and Grill. Rick's favorite group was the Rolling Stones. He was able to name and sing (off key) every song they did. Rick's friends and family were the focus of his life even when he didn't want to get off the couch. He was always there for a friend, no matter what. Rick will be remembered for his big heart and his willingness to always be a friend. Rick always had a smile and a sense of humor and a chipmunk dance that had the ability to put a smile on anyone's face. Rick had the uncanny ability of the “gift of gab” gaining him a multitude of friends. Good-Bye our brotha from another motha, until we meet again. We will miss your smile, friendship and quick wit. You will forever be in our hearts!!! “You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes you just might find, you get what you need!!! “
