Ralph W. (Buddy) Colver Jr.

Ralph W. (Buddy) Colver Jr., loving father, son, grandfather, and husband passed away February 13, 2020 age 77 at Swedish Memorial Hospital Denver, CO of complications due to age. Ralph was born on October 28, 1942 in Danville, Illinois to Ralph W. (Bud) Sr. and Elizabeth (Betty) Colver. He is an Eagle Scout and was a Boy Scout Master for many years. Buddy enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and all things outdoors. He would take camping trips with his family and camp and visit national places of historic importance throughout the United States; like the Great Lake locks, Mount Rushmore, Dinosaur National Park, Mesa Verde National Park, the Grand Canyon and many many other places of Historic American Beauty. He was an avid hunter and taught his children the skills of hunting small and large game. He loved to hunt Antelope, Mule deer, and Elk out in western Colorado and northern New Mexico. He was a professional accountant for over 35 years and worked in numerous states throughout the U.S. and Hawaii. Ralph was a principal accountant for a major electrical contracting company that built coal and nuclear powered plants, a corporate auto parts manufacturer, and a seafood production processing company. Ralph is survived by his three children: Scot of Kansas City MO, Greg of N. Highlands, CA, and Kelli of Irapuato, MX; Grandchildren Justin, Jacob, Jesse, Sara, Kelli, Gregory Jr, Jorge (Steven), and Stephanie (Erina), Great-grandchildren Arya, Hannah (Ailani), Jayden, Kayleene, Gregory III, Eli, Rose, and Brandon Jr.; Brother David, Sister-in-law Norma, and his wife Janis of 42 years.
