April 10, 1917 ~ December 7, 2015     Born Pauline Eschol Boyd on April 10, 1917, (4 days after the start of WWI), on a farm in Phillipsburg, KS and walked into heaven on December 7, 2015 at the age of 98. Pauline grew up on the family farm with her 5 brothers and sisters. She taught in a one room school house with students in all 8 grades before meeting and marrying her husband, Ray V. Kingrey. They lived in Gering, Nebraska until after the war and the birth of their two daughters. They moved to Arvada, Colorado in 1953 where Pauline was a homemaker and got involved in her children's activities like; 4-H club and Brownies. She baked hundreds of cookies for school functions and bake sales.     Pauline was an avid sports fan, rooting on her favorite teams, the Broncos, the Rockies and The Denver Nuggets. She was so knowledgeable about the teams and players, she could keep up a technical sports conversation with the best of them. Once her children were grown, Pauline was free to indulge in her passion, quilting. She hand made over 40 quilts and also made about 100 cross stitch pictures for family and friends. She adored her children, grand-children and great grand-children and loved to stay in touch with family members. You were never surprised to get a call and a cheery hello from Pauline.     Pauline was preceded in death by her husband Ray and daughter Sharon K. Watson. She is survived by daughter Rae Ellis, grandson Matthew Ellis, grand-daughter Shirley Peppler, great grandsons; Joe and Will Kirkpatrick, her sister Lucille Schneider of Dallas, OR as well as a large extended family of cousins, nieces, nephews and a large circle of friends.
