60, born to Manuel and Epimenia Anaya, passed away on December 11, 2015, at North Suburban Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Debra; Audrey Jones, sister; Ernest Anaya, brother; Mary Esther Monares, sister; Mary Ann L. Anaya, sister; Manuel Anaya, brother; David Anaya, brother; Rose Torrez, sister; his daughter, Anna Benavidez (husband, Kenneth) of Lakewood, CO; his son, Ronald (wife, Jennifer) of Clarksville, TN; grandchildren Danielle and Kirsten Benavidez of Lakewood, CO; Lilu Anaya of Clarksville, TN; and many family members, including nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Paul was born in Boulder, CO, December 24, 1954, and lived in Colorado for the majority of his life. He was a devoted husband, father, and friend; dependable and hardworking employee of FedEx Freight for more than 19 years; avid fisherman, outdoorsman, golfer, and bowler. Paul mostly enjoyed sharing time with family and friends and is remembered for his sense of humor and generous heart. Services will be held at St. Paul’s Community Church on Saturday, December 19, 2015, at 11:00 a.m., 8001 W. 23rd Ave., Lakewood, CO. Condolences for the family may be sent to ColoradoCrematory.com.
