Noel Dean Holland

On Thursday May 7, 2020, Noel Dean Holland, loving husband and dad, was called to his journey home, and passed away at the age of 66. Dean was born January 11, 1954 to Nova Jean Barbin (Holland), Conley Poole, Nova and John Holland proudly raised Dean together. On June 19, 1989 Dean and Edie married, and Dean embraced his new title as Dad to their son, Brendan Shannon. Dean had a passion for woodwork, starting at an early age, as he would explore the meadows of his childhood farm, and the hills of Golden Colorado, guided by his adored grandfather. This place where he would build his own tree houses and forts with talents he never knew would guide is future as a Master Carpenter and Contractor. Dean loved to share his knowledge of his work and was so giving. Dean’s quiet time would bring him to his guitar playing and singing. Dean was welcomed with open arms to the Polynesian community, as part of Edie’s family, and was so deeply loved he was bestowed the title of Honorary Chief, by High Chief Siaosi Talitimu, given name to Dino is Tinomalu. Along with this came his well known name as Uncle Dino. His favorite term of endearment. We are so proud to know Dean was a donor of life, as well. Dean was preceded in death by his mother Nova, his father John, his dad Conley, his sister Rhonda and his nephew Gene. He is survived by his wife Edie, son Brendan, his sister Sherrie Cordova (Louie), his sister Debra Vogt (Clay) his sister Karen Brown (Tim) his brother John (Kelli), his brother Michael Holland, his sister Pam Lee (Stan), his daughter Jacqueline Sheridan, granddaughter Dori Luna Mae, and several beloved cousins, nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on Friday October 16th, 2020 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Parish 11385 Grant St. Northglenn CO. 80233 at 11:00 am.
