Nancy Jo Reid, age 88, passed away peacefully on May 28th, 2024. Nancy was a dedicated Payroll Administrator at the Bureau of Reclamation with the Federal Government for over 20 years.
However, Nancy's true pride and joy came from her role as a mother. She was a loving and devoted wife to her husband Loyce for 71 years, and together they travelled the world, visiting over 15 countries. Nancy had a passion for planting flowers and spent countless hours tending to her garden. She was also a member of the Red Hatter Group, where she formed lifelong friendships and cherished memories.
In her spare time, Nancy enjoyed compiling photo albums of her travels and cherished moments with loved ones. She will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family and friends.
Nancy's legacy will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished. Rest in peace, dear Nancy.
An interment Ceremony will be held at Fort Logan National Cemetery on Friday, June 13th, 2024 at 1pm. Please arrive to Staging Area A 15 minutes prior to ensure that we are on time for the procession into the cemetery for Nancy's service.
