March 2, 1930 - February 15, 2013 Nadeen Elaine Kaiser, 82 of Arvada Colorado, passed peacefully into eternal life on February 15, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. Born Nadeen Elaine Robben, March 2, 1930, in the family farmhouse near Angelus Kansas, to Otto and Monica Robben. She attended St. Paul School and Grinnell High School until the 11th grade. Nadeen was united in marriage to Lawrence Kaiser on November 25, 1948 in Grinnell, KS. Following their marriage Nadeen joined her husband in North Carolina while he was stationed at Camp Lejune. After Lawrence's discharge from the U.S. Marine Corps they returned to the Kaiser family farm to work the farm and start a family. In 1967, the family moved to Colorado where they settled in the Denver suburb of Arvada. Nadeen spent her days tending to the needs of her husband and six children. In the 1980's she returned to school to complete her education earning her GED in 1983. As her children began to empty the nest Nadeen began spending more time volunteering with the church and taking many state level roles in the Colorado Marine Corp League Auxiliary. She also enjoyed her time playing games, going to movies, cooking and visiting with her seven wonderful grandchildren. Preceding Nadeen in death were her husband Lawrence, her parents Otto and Monica Robben, brother Linus, sisters, Maxine Joslin, Twila Bischard, and Sharon Gizzi. Nadeen is survived by her six children: Gary, Mala Ray husband Randy, Shirley Rhoades husband Bruce, Paula Tanner husband George “Jigger”, Lynn Plummer husband Ray, Craig wife Jennifer (Heimbach), seven grandchildren: Sarah husband Justin, Alyssa husband Adam, Heather, Kayla, Adam, Emily and Ryan, brothers: Jim, Joe, Delbert, Patrick, and Ron, and sisters: Anita Bril, Sylvia Helus, Glennis Hickman, and Agneta (Nyleen) Henry. Visitation and Rosary will be held Sunday, February 24, 2013 at 7:00 p.m., funeral services on Monday, February 25 at 10:00 a.m. Both will be held at St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Wheatridge, CO. Internment will be at Ft. Logan National Cemetery, Denver, CO at 10:00 a.m. on February 26 (staging area A).
