Michele Lynn Petty, 75, departed this world on the morning of Monday, October 31, 2022 in Denver, CO.

Memorial will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, November 25, 2022 at Holiday Hills Village in Federal Heights, CO. Pastor Ray Petty will officiate.

Mickey was born on July 29, 1947 to Norman and Fern Mikelson (Kemp) in Bend, Oregon. She was a retired secretary and worked many years for Channel 7 News. She was a beloved mother, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend who will be missed by all that knew and loved her dearly. She was preceded in death by her parents, Norman and Fern Mikelson.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her son, Ray Petty and wife Jami of Decatur, Texas; granddaughter, Maebry Petty; grandsons, Hudson and Hayden Petty; 1 sister, Janice Cox of Federal Heights, CO and nephews, Jeff of Littleton, CO and Jesse Cox of Thornton, CO; 1 brother, Jim Mikelson and wife Sharon of Brush Prairie, WA; nephew, Mike Mikelson of Woodland, WA; 2 great nephews, Koby and Jakob Cox of and a host of friends.
