Michael Aaron Hansford

January 6, 1992 - September 21, 2015 23, of Arvada passed away from an aggressive form of Leukemia. He was born in Denver and raised in Arvada where he continued to live until his passing. He was a 2010 graduate from Arvada High School where he played baseball, football and wrestled some. Baseball was his true love, as he played since the age of 5. Michael continued his education to get his Associates Degree at Lincoln College of Technology, however he chose to work in the computer industry. Michael was a very passionate person and enjoyed many activities, he was not one to sit around home. The things he enjoyed the most were; pool league, bowling league, dirt biking, hunting, fishing and camping along with a good game of corn hole. Anyone who met him loved him, he was a gentle giant. He was Big Mike! He is survived by his parents Dan and Angela Hansford, brothers Joe Hansford and Daniel Hansford Jr. of Arvada, girlfriend Amanda Stepanich of Arvada, both grandmothers, many family members and friends. Sasquatch will forever be in our Hearts!
