Mary Virginia Perez

August 11, 1933 ~ April 20, 2015 Mary Virginia Perez, wife of John M. Perez of 61 years, passed away on April 20, 2015.  She was born on August 11, 1933 in Denver, Colorado to Jose Edward and Salina Valdez.  Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, son Michael Perez, brother Edward and his wife Mary Valdez and Dorothy Vigil.  She is survived by her husband, John Perez, her children, Kathy Perez-Williams, Julie Perez, and Edward Andrew (Marianna) Perez; her siblings Thomas John (Terry) Valdez and Carol Valdez.  9 Grandchildren;  Floyd (Dorinda), David Arledge,  Jamie Williams, John (Larissa) and Anthony Perez, Isaiah (Christy) Perez, Katie (Nick) Posage, Molly and Andy Perez.  7 great grandchildren; Floyd and Bella Arledge, Selena (Caelin) and Tatianna Perez, Isaiah Perez, and (Anthony John) AJ Perez.  2 great, great grandchildren;  Jezebel and Liam Perez-Logan. Virginia was the very best wife and mother creating a loving home for her family.  She was an artist extraordinaire, designer of fashion, and lover of literature.  She also loved her Bingo!  She will be missed  deeply by her family and all who knew her. Memorial services will be held on April 24, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 11385 Grant Street in Northglenn, Colorado 80233, with a reception to follow.
