August 6, 1922 - January 29, 2014 91, born in Miami, Arizona to parents Torobio and Irene Munis. Mary moved with her sister to Colorado at the age 2, and she remained in Denver until she passed away on January 29, 2014. Mary was predeceased by both parents, her husband Florentino, her son Leopold, daughter Jeanne, and her grandson Ronnie. She is survived by her children Anthony (Madeline), Robert (Isabel), Benita (Tom), Irene, Rosemary (Paul), Rita (Lorenzo), Michelle; 192 grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. Mary loved to cook, to crochet and needlepoint, to do crossword puzzles, to watch her favorite soap operas, and to spend lots of time with her family. She was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church and was very devoted to St. Jude. We will miss her kisses and her placing the sign of the cross on everyone's forehead when ending a visit. Services for Mary will be held on February 7, 2014, at St Patrick Catholic Church in Denver, with visitation from 9-10:30 AM, recitation of the rosary at 10:30 AM, and funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Burial will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Wheat Ridge.
