January 12, 1918 - August 2, 2012 Marta J. Ybaben, of Brighton passed away suddenly on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at the age of 94. She was born January 12, 1918 at Blue Springs Ranch, Malaga, New Mexico to the late Josefino Guadalupe Jabalera Varela. She was married to Florencio and he preceded her in death February 6, 1972. She is survived by her children, Robert Jabalera of Commerce City, Florencio Ybaben of Evans, Guadalupe Ybaben Macias of Broomfield, and Rose Ybaben Burciaga of Seminole, TX; 15 Grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, one sister, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive her. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening August 7, from 6:00 to 8:00pm at Crossroads Community Chapel, 9910 W. 50th, Wheat Ridge. Services will be held in the chapel Wednesday at 1:00pm; interment will follow in the Fairview Cemetery in Brighton. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home of Arvada.
