December 16, 1939 - September 8, 2014 Marie P. Sanchez, Beloved Mother, Dies Funeral services for Marie P. Sanchez, who passed away on September 8th at her home, will held on Saturday, September 13th at 10:00 am at the Crossroads Church of Denver. Her death was caused by a heart attack. She was 74 years old. Ms. Sanchez was born in Las Vegas, NM on December 16, 1939. She spent her life as a loving housewife and mother. Nine children were born to her, six sons and three daughters. She is survived by five sons, Raymond A. Sanchez, Eugene E. Sanchez, Fred K. Sanchez, Michael P. Sanchez, and Angelo P. Sanchez and by three daughters, Cynthia L. MacNeil, Barbara C. Rodgers, and Albertina M. Gallegos. Her son Paul A. Sanchez preceded her in death. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and two additional great grandchildren on the way. Interment will be at the Arvada Cemetery with Pastor Zach Putthoff of Shepherd's Community Church conducting funeral services.
