Lurline Matsonja Ayala

HER LIFE Sunrise - Sept. 6, 1936   Sunset -April 10, 2015 Lurline Matsonja Ayala, born to Geraldine Lewis and Charles Hadsel on September 6, 1936 in San Francisco, CA, was the oldest of three siblings (Janice Joann). After spending most of her life in Honolulu, Hawaii, she relocated to Lubbock, TX where she bore her first of three children -  Kurt, Kimberlynn  and Kelly.  She later fell in love with William Terrell Buckley and gave birth to her twin daughters Tonja and Tenja Buckley.  She spent 40+ years working in the medical field, dedicating her life, time and care to others.  Everyone who met Lurliine absolutely adored her charismatic personality and unique sense of humor.  She has made a lasting impact on the lives of the people she knew and loved. She is preceded in death by both of her parents along with her son Kurt and daughter Kimberlynn  (Greg). She leaves behind her son Kelly Bain, daughters Tanja Lucero (Steve) and Tenja Buckley (Mario).  She had 18 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Private viewing will be held Mon. April 13@12:00PM Memorial service will be held Thursday April 16@ 10:00AM at Servant’s Heart Church 6405 Monaco Street Commerce City, CO. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in her name @ Community Choice Credit Union 6921 E. 72nd. Ave. Commerce City, CO 80022.  Deposits can be made in person or by mail, payable to Steven Lucero for Lurline Ayala Memorial Fund
