Linda Gibson, age 68, passed away peacefully with her family by her side at her home in Arvada, Colorado after a 9 year battle with cancer on Wednesday January 18th, 2023.
She is survived by her husband Ed and her children Stephanie and Don.
Linda was born on June 16, 1954 in Denver, Colorado to Gladys & George Marston where she was the middle child of 5.
In 1974, Linda met Ed at her work place only to discover that they lived a block and a half from each other.
They were married a year later in 1975 and have been happily married for 47 years.
Linda spent her 32 year career in the banking industry as a Commercial Loan Assistant working for First National Bank of Denver, First Interstate, Bank One, & First National Bank of Arvada.
Linda enjoyed camping, ATV riding, and arts and crafts. Her number one enjoyment however was spending time with her children and 5 grandchildren.
Linda was also known for making her family favorite potato salad that everyone always looked forward to for backyard BBQ's and camping trips.
Linda is survived by her husband: Ed, children: Stephanie and Don, grandkids: David, Matt, Emily, Lily, & Ryan, sisters: Bonnie and Debbie and brother: Tim.
She is preceded in death by her brother Leslie.
A celebration of her life will be held Friday February 17th at 1PM at the Wheat Ridge United Methodist Church - 7530 W. 38th Ave. Wheat Ridge Co 80033
