Leonard "Lenny" Louie Peralta

Leonard Louie Peralta “Lenny” age 69 of Lakewood, CO passed away on 11-22-16 in Wheat Ridge, CO at Collier Hospice. Rosary followed by Mass of Christian Burial will be held 4:30 PM Friday, December 2, 2016 at St. Cajetan Catholic Church 299 S Raleigh St, Denver, CO 80219. Leonard was born in Denver, CO to Florence Peralta on 2-8-1947. He graduated from North High School and excelled there as a wrestler and in gymnastics. He met Frances Martinez in 1972 and later married her on 8-15-1990 at the justice of the peace. He worked 35 years as an oiler and light equipment operator for Lockheed Martin. He was honorably discharged veteran and served for the Marines and was awarded a National Defense Service Medal and was a Rifle Marksman. Leonard is preceded in death by his grandmother Clara Peralta; brother Terry Marck and uncle Benji Peralta. Survived by his wife Frances; son Greg (Bev) Martinez; daughters Heather Peralta and Sabrina Peralta; sister in-law Susan March and her daughter and Leonard's niece Vanessa Marck ; mother Florence; father john; granddaughter Sophia (Rasta); Grandson Dillon; great granddaughter’s Shaylyn and Madeline; Uncle Lonney (Toni) Peralta and cousin Dave (Juanita) Peralta.
