Katherine Jean Farrar

Katherine Jean Farrar 1939-2018 Katherine Jean Farrar passed away January 11, 2018 from complications of a stroke. She was 78. She is survived by her four children: Dan, Debbie, Dena and Dawnell and three grandchildren, in which she adored: Ryan, Hannah and Jonah. Katherine was born in Longmont, CO to Donald and Ann Burdick. She attended West Highschool and from there went on to marry the love of her life, Arthur Farrar who she was married to for 20 years. She worked in the banking Industry her entire career, where she met and maintained many lifelong friendships. She resided in Westminster for the last 30 years and spent her time with family, friends, grandkids and helping others. She was passionate about Alcoholics Anonymous, Mary Kay Cosmetics, the Multiple Sclerosis Society, Dumb Friends League and St. Jude. Funeral services will be held at Spirit of Christ Catholic Community: 7400 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80003 on January 23, 2018 at 1:00. Reception at church to follow.
