January 29, 1955 - November 27, 2012 Hoffman, Karen Sue Karen S. Hoffman, 57, of West Covina, CA, passed away on November 27, 2012 in Denver, CO with family at her side. Born in Ft. Wayne, IN, Karen is survived by sisters Janis (Greg) Riker, Joyce Hoffman, Kay Murphy and brothers Darrel Hoffman and Neal (Cyndi) Hoffman. Karen was preceded in death by her father, Donald G. Hoffman, her mother, Nova J. Hoffman and brother, Dale A. Hoffman. Donations may be made to the charity of your choice. A private family memorial service and burial will be held in August at the Covington Memorial Cemetery in Ft. Wayne, IN.
