January 28, 1937 - September 16, 2011 74 years of age; beloved father, grandfather and friend to many loved ones, died September 16, 2011. "Steve" as we all knew him was able to watch his entrepreneurial spirit flourish when he opened his barber shop in north Denver. He was a barber in the Denver community for nearly 40 years. Many knew him, many love him, and many will miss him. He is survived by his children, Venus "Liz" Raisch (Steve), Florinda "Ger" Saddler (Mike), Debbie Diaz, Louis Vialpando, Josie Vialpando, and Steve Vialpando. Grandchildren, Timothy Vallejos, Desiree Mathews, Michael Saddler, April Dauzat, Chastidy Vialpando, Trivi Vialpando, Jasmine Lobato, Katerina Lobato, Andrea Vialpando, Joshua Vialpando, Danielle Vialpando, Andrew Vialpando, and Steven Vialpando. Steve will also be dearly missed by his cousins, Abel Mendoza and Juan Mendoza; along with numerous other family members and friends. Services being held at Saint Joan of Arc Catholic Church. A viewing will be held on Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at 6:00 PM, with a rosary following at 7 PM. Funeral at 11:00 A.M. the following day, with procession to Mt. Olivet for burial service. 12735 W 58th Avenue, Arvada CO. Reception to follow at St. Joan of Arc after burial service.
