December 10, 1941 - December 25, 2014 Jesus M. Cordova was called home to his Lord and Savior on December 25, 2014. He was 73, and passed away peacefully of natural causes. Jesus was a loved husband, father, brother, uncle and friend. He never met a stranger who didn't quickly become a friend. Jesus was born on December 10, 1941 in Colorado's San Luis Valley. He was a longtime Denver resident where he met his wife and raised a family. Jesus was a devout Christian and found great strength in his faith. Jesus was an incredibly hard worker taking pride in providing for his family. However, the brightest light in Jesus's life were his grandchildren Alexis, Brittany, Justin, Haley, Erika, Ruben, Alex and Bella. Words cannot express how deeply he cared for his family. Jesus is preceded in death by his parents and his brother. Jesus is survived by his wife of 50 years, Doris Cordova, and his children, Vincent DeLaCruz and Theodore, Judas and Noel Cordova. He is also survived by his eight grandchildren, one great grandchild and his four sisters.
