James L. Willis: Born July 4th 1948 to Lee Ellsworth and Ella Virginia (Wyatt). Jim passed away on January 8, 2018. He grew up in Gibbon, Nebraska with older sister, Virginia, and younger sister, Michele (Kontor). He was a loving father and grandfather and often talked about his family being his greatest pride and blessing. Jim worked for over 30 years in the mortgage industry in various capacities. He never met a person that he did not consider a friend. There are many people that will remember him as “Wild” and can recall many an adventure with him at their side. He will be missed by many life-long friends, cousins, nieces and nephews, sisters, and grandchildren and we all are thankful for the joyful times spent together. A memorial will be held at the Arvada Elks Lodge on Friday, January 26th at 2pm (to 5pm) at 5700 Yukon St, Arvada, CO 80002. Please come and help us celebrate his life.
