December 18, 1937 - December 10, 2011 73, passed away December 10th, 2011. He was preceded in death by son, Robert Starks, and granddaughter, Crystal Shiramizu. He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Joan; mother, Margaret Elledge; brother Sam Starks; children Stephen (Shannon) Starks, Susan (Bill) Starks, Sandra (David) Lewis, Scott (Vicki) Starks; 14 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held 1PM, January 14, 2012 at the Denver Consistory (1370 Grant Street, Denver, CO). In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to The American Cancer Society.
