August 20, 1932 - September 20, 2012 GLORIA JOANN FUSON HAND BORN GLORIA JOANN FUSON AUGUST 20, 1932 DES MOINES, IOWA WENT TO BE WITH THE LORD SEPTEMBER 20, 2012 ARVADA, COLORADO Born on August 20, 1932 in Des Moines, Iowa. She lived in Des Moines until her family moved to Fairplay, Colorado when she was 15 years of age. There she met and married her husband of 62 years. They lived in nine cities and in four states. She was a devoted wife and mother to her three children, grandmother to her eight grandchildren, and great-grandmother to her eight great-grandchildren. She was a strong Christian and loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who she is now with eternally. Gloria was preceded in death by her mother Maycel Marie SutphinJohnson, father Albert Cecil Fuson, her brother Richard Leach. She is survived by her husband Bruce E Hand, two sons and a daughter. Son, David Bruce Hand (Knoxville, TN), wife Katherine Rita and two sons. Son, Matthew David (Tulsa, OK) and wife Shella. Son, Micah Andrew (Dallas, TX) and wife Kimberly Ann. Daughter, Debra Kay Hand Ziemer, husband Randy J Ziemer, four children (all from Arvada, CO). Daughter, Earen Michelle, husband Dan Clark,sons Caleb Daniel, Benjamin Brian, Levi Joseph, Glory Rose Son, Joshua Andrew, wife Ashley, son Trey Winston Kole. Son, Abram J and fiancée Jenna Larson. Daughter, Jill Christina. Son, Kim Robert Hand, wife Elizabeth Elise, two sons (all from Tulsa, OK). Son, Andrew Nathaniel, wife, Julianne and three sons, Jacob Nathaniel, Noah Andrew and Samuel James. Son, Jacob Robert. Cousin, Ron Sutphin (Des Moines, IA). Niece, Valerie Leach Coleman (Houston, TX). Life celebration is scheduled for Tuesday, September 25, 2012 at 11:30 AM at Faith Bible Chapel, Arvada, Colorado. Graveside service is a closed family service.
