August 27, 1944 - April 4, 2013 GEORGE STANNARD Died at the age of 68, in Thornton, Colorado on April 4, 2013 following a long illness. The loving husband of Deirdre (Dee), beloved father of Danielle, son-in-law Michael, and grandchildren Aislin and Turner. Also survived by a brother, sister, and close cousins. Native of Green Bay, WI, long-time resident in Eden Prairie, MN, and most recently in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Special thanks to dear Holly, Martha, Reverend Don Stannard and wife, Ann. Grateful appreciation to Dr. David Groteluschen of Green Bay Oncology and nursing staff at Door County Cancer Center. Family services to be held in Greenbush, WI and in Ireland.
