August 9, 1958 - November 25, 2011 53, died suddenly Friday, November 25th, 2011. Floyd was born in Abilene, Kansas to Shirley (Buehler) McGirr, and Charles Durst, on August 9th, 1958. He grew up in St. Frances Kansas, and spent time in Grand Junction, Colorado before falling in love and marrying Judy Moosburger on May 10, 1987. Judy and Floyd had two beloved sons, Eric Moosburger and Curtis Moosburger. Though their marriage eventually came to a close, their respect and admiration for each other never faded. In 1995, Floyd met Pam Vincent, and began a long and loving life together with Pam's two children Stefanie and Grant Vincent. Floyd is preceded in death by Grandparents Orval and Myrtle Buehler, his father Charles Durst, and his cousin Jeff Woodside. Floyd is survived and deeply missed by his sons Eric Moosburger Curtis Moosburger; his significant other Pam Vincent; Pam's children Stefanie (Vincent) Brown and Grant Vincent; Floyd's mother Shirley (Buehler) McGirr; his sisters Barbara (Leonard) Koepke, Jacqueline (Moon) Fisher, Catherine (Moon) Satterfield; his brothers Fred Leonard, Bruce Leonard and Clinton Moon; many, many nieces and nephews, and a lifelong collection of dear friends. A Celebration Of Life Ceremony Reception will be held Monday, December 5, 2011 at 1:00 PM at St. John Episcopal Church located at 8235 West 44th Avenue, Wheat Ridge, Colorado 80033
