May 5, 1935 - February 12, 2013 Eugene "Gene" Erwin Feyerherm of Thornton passed away Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at a local hospice facility, he was 77 years old. He was born May 5, 1935 in Ft. Morgan to the late Victor and Mildred Feyerherm. He enjoyed fishing, camping, reading, and especially spending time with his family. Gene is survived by his children, Larry Yvonne Feyerherm, Roger Ilona Feyerherm, Ronald Rumina Feyerherm, Michelle Abel Garcia; his grandchildren, Joshua Feyerherm, Derrick Garcia, Amanda Garcia, Justin Feyerherm, Austin Feyerherm, Makenzie Feyerherm, Jacob Feyerherm, Brittany Garcia, and Tyler Garcia; his three sisters, Arlene Schott, Joan VonFeldt, and Shirey Ewing. His pet Rusty, and many other relatives and friends also survive him. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 2:00pm at the Peace Lutheran Church, 5675 Field St. Arvada, with Rev. Tim Lindeman officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:00 until the service time at the church. Interment with Air Force honors will be held on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at 12:30pm, family and friends will assemble at Staging Area "B". Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Malesich and Shirey Funeral Home Colorado Crematory of Arvada.
