Dwain Andrew Alderson

Dwain Alderson passed peacefully at home on Tuesday June 20, 2018. He was born in Dalhart, TX October 31, 1929. Visitation will be at 11:30 AM, followed by a memorial service at 12:30 PM at Bear Valley Church, 10001 W. Jewell Ave. Lakewood, CO 80232. Interment will follow at Arvada Cemetery 5581 Independence St. Arvada CO 80002. Reception will be at Indian Tree Golf Course 7555 Wadsworth Blvd. Arvada, CO 80003 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM. Dwain is preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Amanda Alderson and his son Russ Dwain Alderson. He served in the Air Force during the Korean War. Dwain retired from the Adolph Coors Company as Director of Credit after 35 years. He loved his family, golf and big band music. He was an active member and President of Kiwanis. At the age of 13, Dwain accepted Jesus as his savior. He and his wife Marie raised their family in a Christian home. Dwain is survived by his loving wife Marie who he married March 30, 1952; 3 daughters Karen Martin, Mandy (Dan) King, and Andrea (Jim) Romano; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. “We love you more!”
