Dovie Mitzie Nordlund

Mitzi Nordlund was born in Norway, Michigan but was raised in Wisconsin. She moved out to Colorado after graduating high school to join her brothers. She had been battling Ovarian cancer for 10 years. Mitzi cherished all the beauty that colorado had for her. whether it was the on the sidelines watching her boys play soccer, to wandering around the town of Durango. Mitzi is survived by her husband of 35 years (Paul), her sons (Nicholas and Zach), daughter-in-law (Samantha) Mitzi had a sensational outlook on life. She was such a courageous woman, with a great sense of humor and a tell it like it is attitude. There will be a celebration of life honoring Mitzi Friday February 10, 2017 at Windsor Gardens. Friday February 10, 2017 Windsor Gardens Rec. Room 597 S. Clinton St. Denver CO. 80247 12:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. There will be a short service where we invite you to share any memories or stories of Mitzi. Afterwards we invite you to join us for light snacks and drinks.
