Dillard W. Hill passed away January 26, 2015. He was 90 years old. Dillard was born November 10, 1924 to Martha Davis and Lewis Smiley Hill in Cooper, Kentucky. He was the youngest of 12 children. Dillard is preceded by his parents, 5 sisters and 6 brothers. Survived by daughters; Deanna and Windlyn and 4 generations of grandchildren. He loved the outdoors and his dog Moose. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday May 16, 2015 from 1:00pm-3:00pm at Holliday Park (on the corner of 19th Street Morrie Ave. in Cheyenne, WY). Honors will be held for Dillard by the US Military and the Masons. A reception will follow the services at the American Legion (2001 E. Lincoln Ave. Cheyenne, WY).
