Della Dorothy Velasquez

Della Dorothy Velasquez was born March 29th 1950, in Ogden Utah. Her birth Mother was Stella Maze but the parents who raised her are Emilio Lujan and Consolasion Garcia who lived in Trujillo, Co. Della and her parents moved to Pagosa springs . Della worked for RTD for many years and also daycare. Della had a daughter in 1963 named Veronica Lee Archuleta who passed away at 6 months old. Della moved to Colorado where she met the love of her life at Robert Velasquez in globeville Colorado. They dated for many years and in 1969 they had a daughter named Juanita Velasquez followed by 2 sons Desi Velasquez in 1971 and Larry Velasquez in 1972. Then in the late 90's Della and Robert had a huge wedding filled with love and people that they love. Della was all about her babied grand babies and great grand kids. She is proceeded in death by her daughter Veronica, son Larry, grandson Joseph,Her Brothers; Jimmy(Cynthia) ,Steven , Phil,Santana christivol, her sisters Ruby and Flora her nephew Randy and her beloved dog Cindy Lou Lou. Della is survived by her husband Robert, daughter Juanita(Richard), Son Desi(Leona), numerous grandkids great grandkids nieces nephews and we can't forget about her beloved dogs max and stinky Lou. Della was the best Mother Wife Sister Grandmother Friend in life that you ever could have. She was truly an Angel and we are very blessed to have known her in our lifetime. She loved life and her family she is the true definition of what a woman mom and grandmother should be. May she rest in ever lasting peace
