Deena Diane Potter

Deena Diane Potter, age 51, passed away November 17th, 2017 in Wheat Ridge, CO after her battle with Cancer. Deena is survived by her parents, Steve and Dixie; children Joey and Laini; siblings Joaquin, Mike, Greg and Kara. She is preceded in death by her father, Don; siblings, Derik and Dawn; and numerous other relatives. Deena was born on April 13th, 1966 in Wheat Ridge, CO, to parents Don and Dixie. She graduated from Arvada West High School in 1984. Deena worked for many years as a controller at Hill Petroleum, then found and operated Home Cookin’ Café and lastly co-owned and operated Beghtol Trucking. She was a social, active woman who was deeply involved in her friends and family. Her funeral is scheduled for November 29th 10:00am at Peace Lutheran Church 5675 Field St. Arvada, CO 80002. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Deena’s life. The family would like to thank everyone for the support and kind words. In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to American Cancer Society.
