Corina Cora Maestas

Corina Cora Maestas, born August 9th, 1965 found paradise and eternal peace on August 27th, 2016 at the age of 51. She was preceded in death by her mother Elodia Melendrez. She is survived in life by her husband Tony Maestas; her children: son Joe Maestas and daughter Mia Maestas; her father Pete Melendrez and step-mother Bertha Melendrez; her siblings: brother Danny Melendrez, sister Clarinda (Clara) Melendrez, step-sister Priscilla Nilsen, and step-brother Anthony Mirelez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and countless other family members and friends. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, that those willing, please make a donation in Corina's name to the Caring Voice Coalition at www.caringvoice.org or by mail at Caring Voice Coalition 8249 Meadowbridge Road, Mechanicsville, VA 23116. Corina was strong in her faith and loved her family immensely. She welcomed all with love, and following that example the family welcomes any and all who desire to attend her final celebration service on September third. Though Corina had a passion for photography, the family requests for all to absolutely refrain from photography during her ceremony. Orange, blue, white, or any combination of those colors in attire would be appreciated as Corina loved the Denver Broncos! Thank you and God Bless.
