Charles “Chuck” Wilson, 89, passed away in his home in Arvada, Colorado on January 7th, 2022. Born in Boulder, Colorado, on August 5, 1932, he married his beloved wife of 56 years, Marjorie Johnson on his birthday in 1956. Chuck earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in education from Colorado State University and taught Industrial Arts at Westminster High School in Westminster, Colorado for thirty years. He touched the lives of many students, providing them with skills that helped them build their careers. He was known for his organizational ability, having “a place for everything, and everything in its place”. In addition to teaching, Chuck enjoyed time with his grandchildren, camping, fishing, exploring old gold mines, waterskiing, bowling and reading. He was a gifted woodworker and metal smith. Family members still treasure the furniture, recipe boxes and wrought iron lamps he created. Chuck is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Lee Pinover, daughter Lori, and his grandchildren, Tyler, Mady and Kaley Pinover.
