Cover photo for Carlos Diaz's Obituary

January 6, 1937 - June 17, 2012 75, born January 6, 1937 in Mexico City to his two wonderful parents, Jose Diaz and Refugio Lopez. He was married to his wife Celsa, has two kids, five grandchildren, and countless nephews and nieces. Carlos was called home on June 17, 2012. Carlos was a very loving, energetic, adventurous, creative, nice, funny, joyful, caring respectful, giving, conversational unforgettable man with the best personality any son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, nephew, and niece can ever ask for in a father figure. Not to mention he was a great husband to his wife, a great son to his parents, and a great brother to all eleven of his brothers and sisters. Carlos loved spending time with his family, and traveling to colorful places. From the tropical jungles of Cancun, to the beautiful mountains of Colorado. He also loved music, dancing, table games, and always enjoyed a good game of soccer. Especially when Mexico played. Not only did Carlos love music, dancing, and soccer, but he also loved making tortas and pizzas for his family. He made the best tortas and pizzas! There is one thing Carlos loved almost more than everything else...Cheese! When it came to cheese, there were no exceptions. He always ate it and left no trace of it! Carlos loved his wife Celsa unconditionally for 34 years, and they are one of those couples whose love will last for an eternity. Carlos had an incredible love for his grandchildren. He did anything and everything he could to make them happy. He always gave them the best advice and always tried to lead them down the right path. Carlos will be deeply missed and never forgotten. May God and his preceded family received them with open, loving arms. May he rest in peace, God bless him.
