November 10, 1959 - April 26, 2012 Bruce A. Diekmann 11-10-59 - 4-26-12 Bruce Alan Diekmann, 52, died Thursday, April 26, 2012 at St. Anthony's Hospital in Lakewood, Colorado. He leaves his daughter, Angela 15 years old, his parents - Ray and Dorothy Diekmann, sister and brother-in-law - Karla and Cleo Frye, brother and sister-in-law - Dennis and Roben Diekmann, several nieces and nephews and friends. Bruce is preceded in death by his wife, Lisa Diekmann. He was born in Carroll, Iowa, graduated from high school in Davenport, Iowa. Bruce lived the majority of his life in Summit County, where he enjoyed the mountains and outdoor life. The family thanks you for your condolences, words of encouragement and your prayers. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 8, at 4:00 p.m. at the Lord of the Mountains Lutheran Church, located at Highway 6 and 50 Evergreen Road Dillon, Colorado 80435, 970-468-6809.
