Beverly J. "Judy" (Noe) Briscoe

Beverly J. “Judy” (Noe) Briscoe Age 82, died peacefully in her home on Friday, January 3, 2020. She was born March 3, 1937 in Blue Springs, Nebraska, the daughter of Matthew and Thelma Noe. Judy loved to dance and sing. She taught tap, ballet, baton twirling and other kinds of dance for many years at her family dancing school, home and recreation centers. She retired from Avon after 25 years of taking care of her neighbors, friends and family. Other interests were bowling, camping and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was a member of Daughters of the Niles. She was active in many groups within the Shrine alongside her husband including RV Roamers, Englewood Shrine, Elks Lodge and square dancing group. On July 7, 1957, she married Robert Briscoe in Denver, CO at Highlands Christian Church. Judy will be remembered for her gentle voice, her joyful smile and her considerable love of music, she loved to hum her favorite tune and of course, her enduring love for her husband, children and grandchildren all of whom she loved deeply and all of whom will miss and love her greatly. Survivors include three children, Rob (Natalie) Briscoe of Denver; Alan (Bernadette) Briscoe of Michigan; Gayla (Ryan) Pohlenz of Arvada, 6 grandchildren, Chandra Jordan; Frank “Jacob” (Brittany) and Jeffrey Patton; Kevin and Ashley Briscoe; Shawn Prather; 1 great grandchild, Rowan Patton and several nieces and nephews. 2 sisters Ronica Phillips and Penny (Ron) Satterlee; 2 sister-in-laws, Barbara Flechsig; Patricia Zarlengo; She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Briscoe, her parents Matthew and Thelma, Step-father Raymond Tuttle, 2 brother-in laws, Carl Flechsig, Robert Zarlengo and nephew John Zarlengo. Graveside services will be held Friday, January 24, 12:00 Noon at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Pavilion “A”, 4400 W. Kenyon Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80236.
